How does it feel to be hypnotised?
There is no such feeling, you will experience a feeling of relaxation and calmness. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. Ever had that feeling when you drove somewhere and don’t remember doing it? Yes that is self hypnosis.
How long does the treatment last for?
One session (apart from the Quit Smoking program) will take approximately 60 minutes. Some therapies will only be one session, medium issues could take 1 to 6 sessions and lastly deep rooted problems could take up to 12 sessions. Quit Smoking is one session only that takes approximately 120 minutes.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Almost everyone. There are a few exceptions, pregnant women, anyone with senility, psychotics and drug or alcohol users.
